UNIFORMS:

It is important that Power Rangers be recognized for their training and status the moment they arrive on any scene. Regardless of the occasion, secrecy and respectability are crucial and as such, all Rangers must be in uniform when dealing with any matter related to the role they have decided to fill. Morphing is simple and - though a rush of energy may throw off new Rangers the first several times - simplistic to perform. One must stand with feet steadily planted, grasp their morpher firmly in both hands and hold it out, simultaneously calling their animal spirit, e.g., "Triceratops!".

First Year Uniform - Upon arrival and integration of each training Ranger into the PPRA, they will be given a standard uniform. When morphing under the guidance of the school, the uniform one morphs into will be very basic. The helmet is standard training; no special moldings to emphasize the spirit animal. There are no diamonds or decorations, rather it is a straight color depending on the color of the Ranger with gloves, boots and a belt.

Second Year Uniform - After completion of the first year, training Rangers will be given a customized helmet and stripes on the shoulders of their uniform. Still lacking the diamonds on the torso and gloves/boots, they are not yet recognized as trained Rangers.

Active Ranger Uniform - Graduation of the PPRA brings with it a full uniform, complete with customized helmet, diamonds on the torso, gloves and boots. These uniforms are to be regarded with utmost respect, and all Active Rangers have a higher status, superiors to those training below them. Though they are superior in rank, this does not give them the right to act superior; one must always assist a training Ranger, guidance and sympathy both being important parts of the training program.

BASIC WEAPONRY:

Weapons are an important aspect of every Power Ranger team, and not something to be taken lightly. Every Ranger - regardless of color or level of expertise - is provided with regulation equipment upon arrival at the PPRA. Authority to use such weapons are never a luxury, but rather a privilege that each Ranger must earn. The regulation weapon is as follows:

Blade Blaster - The trusted base of every Ranger's equipment, the Blade Blasters come first when weapons are trained on Academy grounds. There are two configuations or settings to learn, starting with the basic form: the blade. When in the blade setting, the Blade Blaster can be utilized for short ranger combat, light and easy to maneuver. The second form is: the blaster. In this setting, the Blade Blaster can be used for long range attacks, perfect for enemies that are too dangerous to approach. Blade Blasters are holstered on the left hip of every Ranger (or right, depending on hand dominance) and do not need to be summoned to be used in battle.

COLOR SPECIFIC WEAPONRY:

Upon given a color, all Rangers are also issued their standard color-specific weapons. Each are powerful and give the Rangers an edge to any combat situation, but combined they become the Power Blaster. These weapons have been relied on since the first team of Power Rangers were conceived in 1993 and will likely continue to be an important aspect of Ranger battle techniques for as long as the PPRA exists.

Power Sword - Key to all the Ranger weapons, the sword is given to those that will lead each separate team. The blade is balanced and light weight, forged to bring all it's foes to their knees.

Power Axe - Lightning quick and diamond hard, the axe is a powerful two-handed weapon, designed to be strong and durable.

Power Daggers - Feather light and true as arrows, these daggers can pierce the armor of most opponents and require very little maintenance for the blades to remain keen.

Power Lance - A weapon of great power and range, there are not many able to maneuver close enough to inflict damage upon the wielder. It can be used single-handed or two-handed.

Power Bow - Accurate and strong, it's arrows are ever replenishing and drive home with all the force of one's inner power, rarely missing their mark.

Power Razor - Potentially lethal at a close range and nearly as dangerous at a distance, this weapon can be wielded as a powerful blaster or as wind-resistant arm blades.

Power Blaster - When all the weapons are brought together, they create the Power Blaster. This is a group effort, and takes all six of the basic pieces to form. It is a good finisher and is brought out in times of need. (Note: The Power Razor will align with and sit beneath the Power Bow, creating a double outward edge.)

PERSONAL CHOICE WEAPONRY:

Once a Ranger has received his/her basic weapons, they are given the opportunity to decide upon a superior one as well. These are not color restrictive and any one can be chosen by any Ranger. The superior weapons are there for when the Power Blaster is not going to be needed or has been proven ineffective and every Ranger is fighting a prolonged or difficult battle. They are faster, stronger and inflict more long term damage to the opponent.

Power Star Slinger - Projectile weapon meant for long range attacks.

Power Shield - Nearly unbreakable defense, sharpened edges.

Power Scythe - Dual-end blades, fast and accurate.

Power Rang - Long range boomerang-style launcher with sturdy short range potential.

Power Hooks - Fierce and fast, poor long range capabilities because of shape.

Power Hammer - Thunder-like strength, able to break stone with little effort.

Power Dao - Frighteningly fast and steady, excellent balance and decent range.

Power Chakram - One or two-handed blades, capable of shredding steel.
